Our research utilizes Ajzen’s Theory of Planned Behavior. Our knowledge affects our attitudes, and our attitudes affect our behavior. To transform individual behavior to be more welcoming and inclusive in our interactions with autistic members of our community, we need to understand and change  their level of understanding and the attitudes they hold.
